Come and revel in a free evening of mixed artsy goodness with Rhetoric Magazine in Edinburgh!
To celebrate the launch of Rhetoric into the Edinburgh arts scene, we will be hosting a chilled ‘coffee-house’ style evening at the wonderful Forest Cafe, bang in the centre of the city. Expect a mixture of short performances from super talented musicians, poets, filmakers and dancers, all while surrounded by some great local artwork from Rhetoric contributors. List of acts at bottom of description!
Entry to the evening is free and will include all three hours of mixed performances! The cafe will be open should you fancy some tea or a cake, and the Forest operates a BYOB policy with a small corkage charge if you fancy something stronger. There will also be a raffle with the chance to win some great original work from some of our performers, all while helping to keep Rhetoric non-profit and open to all.
Come along and mingle with other art appreciators for this relaxed evening. Performances will be over by 10pm (early enough to go out afterwards!), but you’re welcome to hang around with us until the cafe closes
Invite your pals and spread the word!
