Can’t afford trainers or gym membership? Here is one solution: take an open space, whatever exercise routine you can conjure up and this magnetically catchy playlist.

Begin workout HERE!

The playlist begins as a workout should begin – with a warm up, in this case to a track by Shadow Child, remixed by Hot Since 82. This funky house tune has a motivating rhythm to get you in the right mentality to continue the workout. However, the next track, ‘Feed the Dada’, makes me forget my laziness, turn my speakers up and jump to the bass.

Next up is another progressive house track by The Chainsmokers, which is a remix of ‘Sleep Alone’ by Two Door Cinema Club. The gradual build ups that characterise this genre make this song and the next, ideal to do exercise of varying intensity. Continuing with this genre is the track ‘Heartbeat’ by Vicetone, with a pumping bass line to get your heart racing.

The penultimate track, ‘Tip Drill’, comes from the Moombahton genre. If you are wondering what on earth that is – it is ‘defined’ as sub-genre of electronic dance music where dutch house meets reggaeton.

Lastly, we come to the end of this mini workout with a suitable deep house warm down track – ‘Neon’ by Dark Sky.
